Here's a great example of a HUD opportunity... they have it listed at $180,000, tax records value it at $250,000... HUD has it listed at 1274 square feet, but it's closer to 1826 square feet by the tax records and a previous listing. It sold in April 2008 for $360,000. Opportunity? Might be worth a closer look!
