Here are the picks for today of bank owned properties that may deserve some attention from buyers:
1.) New 5400 sq./ft. home in Snohomish on 5 acres offered at $579,950.
2.) 2856 sq./ft. one story with basement Granite Falls area offered at $199,900.
3.) Lake Stevens 2100 sq./ft. offered at $245,000.
4.) Arlington 2006- 3000 sq.ft. on 1 acre offered at $345,900.
4.) Marysville, This used to be an adult care facility. I have been in it, it says it is about 2500 square foot on 5 acres, I think it is bigger, they are asking $297,000. I think it would be a great buy at $180,000 to $200k.
5.) Des Moines waterfront Condo offered at $215,050.
6.) Auburn 1100 sq./ft. Condo with garage offered at $87,000.
7 & 8.) Two Everett Duplexs, they are offered at about $250,000 each. They would be good buys at $180,000 to $200,000.
9,) A nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in MillCreek offered at $114,900. It is in good shape. The reason the price is less than $140,000 from what they sold for last year is the HomeOwners Association is currently in a law suit which stops most financing. Bank wants off it,
