Here are the picks for today of bank owned properties that may deserve some attention from buyers:
1.) Marysville, Whiskey Ridge, 2001, 2 story, Super clean with 2500 sq.ft 3 car garage offered at $289,800, (Great Price)
2.) Lake Stevens, 3648 sq./ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath on 1/2 acre with Lake Stevens view offered at $329,900
3.) Falls City, 2009, 5200 sq./ft. 4 bedroom, 4 bath on 7 3/4 acres assessed at $1,152,000, forgot to write down what they wanted, doesn't matter, it would be a great buy at $650,000. (Cool house).
4.) Renton, 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 7800 sq./ft. on 1.2 acres, assessed at $1,167,000 now offered at $929,000. Another good buy if we could get it at 50% to 60% of assessed value.
5.) Kirkland, 3300 sq./ft. 6 bedroom, 4.75 bath offered at $389,000. Now, that is a good buy at list price.
