5.) Marysville, This is the one I mistaken for the one I sent out yesterday thinking this was the adult care house. This is a big house on a nice lot at the end of Beach Street. It is unique and I think the Bank is going to have to take a big hit o this one. Needs about $70,000 to be Fantastic. Need to get it at about $200,000. this thing is big, 4686 sq./ft. on 2.3 acres reduced to $303,782.
