The purpose of this blog is to help spread knowledge about real estate from the perspective of someone on the inside. You can expect me or Tim Hiegel to periodically post about topics that we've been learning in our careers in real estate that may help you, or just be good for you to know. We may post about something we've learned that will be usefull, or perhaps post an aswer to a question that our clients (or audience) asked that could help other people. There are a couple of projects that I've been working on that I'd like to share with you as well. My partner Tim Hiegel and I developed a system to help Renters become Owners. As you know, an owner is really investing in himself, whereas a renter is giving that profit building right to his/her landlord.
