As real estate agents, we do research on properties every day.  There are several sources that we go to get information that we can then analyze and pull useful tidbits from.  One of the first places we look when researching a property will be the tax records.  This is really a simple step that anyone can do if they have internet access.

This site is pretty simple to use.  If you know the Parcel Number for the property, just type that in and you are off and running.  If you only know the address, you can use that as well.  As always, if you have any questions about how to use this site, let us know by clicking the "Contact Us" linke up near the top of the page.

Of course if a property is already for sale with a real estate agent, you will probably be able to find it listed in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.  This source can give you multiple pictures of the property, many details about the property, and the price that it is being marketed at.  You can search out properties listed for sale in the NWMLS by Clicking Here, or the link below, or if all else fails, copy the link below and paste it into your browser address bar.
